Our vision is to offer the best quality of fresh food everyday. Its like cooking for our loved ones and making sure we served the best. Changing our Menus weekly is the best options to make sure that the available ingredients are fresh. A good strategy for a small family owned restaurant who just opened and the neighbor are still getting to know our Casareccio Style home cooking. Of course, we need to consider the pricing, so its like budgeting to make it reasonable to our customers but they can tell that the food are really fresh, organic, NO Imitation of seafoods, the color or the crunchiness of the vegetables. We shop everyday to maintain the quality of freshness of the menu. We cook the dish as the order comes. Our guests enjoyed every dish prepared to the table from wine selection to the final course of dessert and coffee. We love the fact that our guests tend to stay 2 to 3 hours enjoying the ambiance of the Casareccio as their second home.
We must remind you that our way off cooking is an old style HOME-COOKING like Nonna’s cooking in Sicily. Your grandma or great grand ma’s. We cant please everyone but we try our best to accommodate everyone’s diet but again we cant please everyone! Let us know ahead. We understand we all have our food preferences, salt diet, vegan diet, vegetarian, No eggs, No seafood, No nuts and etc. We cant make any changes if we don’t know that you have food preferences and had walked away from the door. We change our Menus and you can always request a day ahead before we head to the market in the mornings. Parking is limited so we asked that you come early and make a reservations. We are only a 7 table restaurant and we don’t really need like a Mega Mall parking lot. And we cant afford it either.Besides you don’t want to see me running around all night long. LOL
Our old friends had always loved our cooking and our kids, of course, they had no choice but to love it or they can learn to make their own food 🙂
In 2017, we decided to open our family kitchen in Pompano Beach, Florida. Hoping that we grow in the volume of Friends and Guests. Although, we kept the restaurant to just 7 tables; so, we can deliver a more personal service to our customers. We value the greater part of Pompano Beach and their guest from different parts of the cities or country and we hope that they will welcome us, as well
