“Every week, we change our Menu” that’s the first thing you will hear us saying to our Guest. We can’t stress that enough to our Guest. The reason is that we want to make sure that we serve the fresh menu every day. During the week, we tend to change the menu, as well. We make sure that the produce or any product will always be available. But most of the days in a week, we tend to change some of the menus; since, we can’t guarantee that the product or ingredient may not be fresh nor available from our Vendors. That causes us to change the Menu during the week again. Its a more practical tactic for new restaurant.
Eventually, as we grow our Guest List, we will change our menu every change of the season.
